The Samoan Outrigger Hotel in Apia, is without doubt the most popular budget hotel in Samoa. The Outrigger provides a cozy friendly atmosphere and we truly enjoyed our stay there. After a few days you get to know the staff who are doing an amazing job. One day they helped us cook some local food (Taro). Couldnt say anything bad about this place, simply a GREAT experience. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the place, but for a budget hotel, I would say this is; top of the line.
